PAYROLL SPECIALIST - HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT
Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented team player for the Payroll Specialist in our Human Resources Department. This person is responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll, transmittal of federal tax payments, quarterly 941 tax returns, preparation of annual W-2’s. Position requires a minimum of an Associates degree with 2 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Paylocity software strongly preferred.
***$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR ALL FULL-TIME, NON-CLINICAL POSITIONS***
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Intermediate computer experience required.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills are required.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a busy team environment and balance multiple tasks at once
- Intermediate computer experience required.
- Experience with Paylocity software strongly preferred.
Qualifications: Position requires a minimum of an Associates degree with 2 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Payroll experience is required.
