The Customer Experience Representative is a key member of our sales and support team who delivers white-glove service to customers. You will assist customers with questions related to our eLearning solutions via chat, phone, and email. You will work hand-in-hand with our sales and support team members to resolve support cases at lightning-fast speed. Knowledge in NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding promptly and politely to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email.
• Setting up user accounts and assigning content in our eLearning platform.
• Assisting school administrators with support questions related to the eLearning platform, account set-up, and user reports.
• Communicating, coordinating, and supporting the sales team with account management and set-up.
• Providing clear documentation on account interactions in NetSuite.
• Having a complete understanding of how our eLearning solution works, inside and out.
• Processing sales orders and invoices and keying payments for customers.
