The Martino Group in Denton, TX is seeking a part-time Trash Porter to play a vital role in the overall Class-A appeal of our properties that keeps our owners happy and retains tenants. A Day in The Life of a Trash Porter
As a Trash Porter, you provide a pleasant living environment for residents by collecting trash and recycling door to door within an assigned apartment community and transfer to the trash receptacle onsite. You also ensure pet stations are emptied and bags refilled. You take pride in meeting the TMG Valet Service Standards. Since this work can be completed in just a few hours each night, you are excited to be able to bring home some extra money for your family. And, most of all, you feel great about maintaining value and quality in the community.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a part-time, non-exempt position. Hours are Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 p.m. until work is completed.
Travel:
This position has no travel requirements.

Eligibility Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Possess a valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance (must be listed as a driver on policy)
Ability to lift and transport up to 80 lbs.
Ability to climb stairs and walk distances

- This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping crouching, squatting, crawling, climbing, and going up and down stairs all day.

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to lift and/or move items up to 80 pounds without assistance.
