ResponsibilitiesVehicle Diagnostics: Perform thorough diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical issues in GM vehicles.Repair and Maintenance: Conduct repairs and maintenance services following GM guidelines and ensuring high-quality workmanship.Parts Replacement: Replace faulty parts with genuine GM components to restore vehicle performance.Inspections: Perform detailed inspections to detect any potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair procedures, findings, and recommendations.Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and dealership policies.
RequirementsCertification: GM Certified Technician certification required.
