Deed Back Telephone Representative

The Manhattan Club, New York City’s first Timeshare property is seeking a full-time experienced Telephone Representative to assist with the facilitation of timeshare charges and deedbacks by contacting 90 accounts while adhering to Company and Federal regulations. This position will be located in our Pennsylvania office.

A residence-style Boutique Timeshare, The Manhattan Club provides endless possibilities for the enjoyment of its guests. The Manhattan Club introduces a unique experience; blending a vacation ownership retreat with a luxury suite hotel. Centrally located in midtown Manhattan, it is convenient to many of New York City’s extraordinary and exciting attractions, encouraging our Owners and Guests to experience the pace of the City by day and feel the pulse of the City by night.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain required levels of telephone activity, contact percentages and other key performance indicators as directed by Management;
• Maintain systematic and organized support documentation related to the handling of any Owner account;
• Assist the Deedback department with daily processes and procedures when necessary;
• Related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task with sharp attention to detail
• Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent telephone skills
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, must be a team player
• Excellent administrative skills and proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be able to work well under pressure
• Discretion in dealing with confidential matters a must
• Professional appearance and excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a sitting position, while on the telephone for extended periods of time (7 hours or more).
• Occasional bending and stretching is required. Ability to occasionally lift, carry, or push up to 15 lbs.
