Job description

Branch Manager

We are seeking a dynamic sales leader to manage, develop, and grow the business. This role will actively contribute to both the business's customer and employee growth.

This role spends their time working with existing customers, selling services to new customers, and hiring, training and developing employees. They are also responsible for controlling costs within the operation. If you are an energetic person that thrives in leading and working with teams, this may be the position for you.

The Maids of Tampa, FL located in Brandon, is a corporately owned location by The Maids International, a leading franchisor in the residential cleaning space. We offer a variety of benefits including full health benefits, 401k, and flexible time off. The typical work week is Monday-Friday during the day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work to retain existing customers
  • Sell service to new customers; including meeting new customers within the Tampa area
  • Determine staffing requirements, and participates in the recruiting efforts
  • Manage teams in the field and ensure schedules are adhered to
  • Oversee training and coaching of new and existing team members
  • Review daily schedules and prepare teams for the day
  • Manage supply and equipment needs
  • Company fleet management
  • Observe and evaluates workers' performance to ensure quality service and compliance with the brand

Requirements

  • Proven ability to drive revenue through customer service and new sales
  • Associate degree or minimum 3 years prior experience supervising or leading production teams
  • Ability to train, lead and manage multiple person teams
  • Good written and oral communication skills with a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
