The Madison Health and Rehab is a newer 60 bed skilled nursing facility.

The position is responsible for the day-to-day operating functions of the accounting department, and the following are included as a portion of the Business Office Managers duties:

• Balancing Daily Census
• Working with residents and their trust funds
• Daily processing of payments and preparing deposits
• Working with families to ensure payor sources are set up from Medicaid to Medicare and following up on outstanding bills.
• Processing payroll is an essential part of this position. This involves entering new employees in to the payroll system and time clock, as well as processing missed punches, vacation and PTO requests.
• Clerical work; to include filing paperwork into resident and employee files.
• The Business Office Manager also communicates and works with insurance companies to establish employee insurances.
