The Madison Health and Rehab. is a 60-bed skilled nursing facility, and we are currently seeking an Infection Preventionist. We prefer for the individual to be certified, but this is not a requirement.

Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:

• Infection Preventionist - oversee the infection control program, conduct infection control training and in-services, provide weekly reports, oversee tests and vaccinations, leader of infection prevention committee, oversee clinics, work a cart when needed, assist with wound care, assist RN Supervisor when needed and doing admissions.

Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour
