Full Job Description

Hope Residence is searching for an Life Enrichment Activities Assistant to join our dedicated team. We’re looking for a caring, compassionate, experienced professional who loves making a difference in people's lives. We’re looking for an individual who truly cares about making our community the best home possible for our residents.

Available Positions: flexible hours

• Part-Time Every Other Weekend Options

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to spend time and be involved with the well-being of our population! It is a very rewarding environment!

Primary functions include (but not limited to):

• Create and provide activities of therapeutic value.
• Targeting group activities that will provide educational value, mental, physical and sensory stimulation (i.e. crafts, current events, 1 to 1's, game time, baking, outside entertainment, bingo, discussion groups, active games, etc.).
• Complete daily paper work as directed.

Qualifications

Three to four years of high school, basic everyday living skills, the ability to understand and follow directions, and the ability to read, write, add and subtract are required.

Must be over the age of 18 (due to driving restrictions w/ vehicles)
