The Lost Fire is looking to hire for the management team at their current location as well as a new location that will open in about 8 weeks.

The Lost Fire, an Argentinian steakhouse, located in beautiful Cape Porpoise, Maine, is a year-round restaurant that features wood fired meats, cooked with open flames on a custom designed grill. We focus on Argentine cuisine under the direction of Chef/Owner German Lucarelli.

The new restaurant is located just up the street, with beautiful water views and will focus on fresh Maine seafood.

We feature indoor and outdoor dining, in a beautifully appointed restaurants. We serve dinner only 5 days a week in the off season and six day a week in season.

We are looking for people who are self-motivated, passionate about food and hospitality, and want to join an incredible team of individuals who love what they do.

The ideal candidates would have at least two years management experience in a busy, upscale, casual restaurant.
