The Lost Fire is seeking an AGM!
The Lost Fire, an Argentinian steakhouse, located in beautiful Cape Porpoise, Maine, is a year-round restaurant that features wood fired meats, cooked with open flames on a custom designed grill. We focus on Argentine cuisine under the direction of Chef/Owner German Lucarelli.
We feature indoor and outdoor dining, in a beautifully appointed restaurants. We serve dinner only 5 days a week in the off season and 6 day a week in season.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, passionate about food and hospitality, and wants to join an incredible team of individuals who love what they do.
The ideal candidate would have at least two years management experience in a busy, upscale, casual restaurant.
