JOB SUMMARY FOR RECEPTIONIST

The Receptionist will perform a variety of routine clerical tasks in support of the business office.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR RECEPTIONIST

·Provides general office support for the entire facility in support of administrative functions of all departments.

·Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system for the administrative office and the facility. Retrieves information from files when needed.

·Sorts and distributes mail.

·Provides coverage for front desk.

·Assists the Administrator and other department heads with the daily operations of the entire facility. May be assigned temporary or long-term assignments in various departments.

·Handles employee requests regarding Human resource issues, rules, and regulations.

·Answers the telephone in a prompt, professional manner.

·Greets visitors promptly, in a professional manner.

·Assists with HR duties as assigned.

·Responsible for the scheduling the transportation of our residents. Ensuring there is communication between departments as to resident’s appointments and transportation needs.

·Responsible for completing background checks for all resident within 24 hours of admission.

·Maintains all aspects of the Resident Trust Fund.

·Ability to work independently.

·All other duties as assigned by the Administrator and/or Business Office Manager
