The Lockwood Group is Hiring a Training Specialist Near Fort Hood, TX
Job Requirements:
- Implementation, publishing, and evaluation of TSP learning products - Less Plans, Exercises, incorporating Training Guides, IMI, Handouts, and QRGs.
- Analyzing existing army learning portal content for modular reuse, and course requirements for various TSP learning products - Less Plans, Exercises, Training Guides, IMI, Handouts.
- Assess training requirements, identifying, and evaluating training alternatives, developing training materials to include a variety of training approaches: traditional classroom, programmed learning, hands-on, simulation, video, audio, and computer aided training.
- Designing and delivering programs to train all levels of personnel.
- Developing tests and visual aids, conducting training classes, and developing criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
- Keeping abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques.
- Secret Clearance Required.
- High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience required.
- Travel: 10%.
