We're hiring new birthday leaders and assistant instructors at The Little Gym in Woburn.

Most parties are held Friday evenings, Saturday afternoons, and Sunday afternoons. PreK and GS gymnastics classes held weekday afternoons, and weekend mornings.

These are great year-round positions, with camps in the summer, classes during the school year and summertime, and birthdays on the weekends.

Job Summary

Instructors and assistants teach exceptional classes and parties, and provide world class customer service, as part of a winning team at The Little Gyms in Woburn and Danvers.

Great training provided to learn to help teach exceptional classes and lead awesome birthday parties. Job Responsibilities

• Teach the BEST classes, birthday parties, and camps, following The Little Gym standards and philosophies using provided lesson plans and training materials. Make sure the children stay safe, grow skills, and have fun!
• Ensure all safety guidelines are met and maintained, creating a safe environment for the team and our members
• Deliver superior customer service

Requirements:

• Loves kids and loves being a teacher
• Background in gymnastics, cheer, dance, tumbling, or other sports is preferred
• Relate well to parents, students, and peers, with excellent communication skills
• Friendly, positive attitude. Eager to provide great customer service
• High energy and a lot of enthusiasm
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills and able to multi-task

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• After school
• Weekend availability
