The Little Bird is hiring for a Full-Time Seasonal Key Holder. We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and hardworking individual to be a part of our team.
Job description
Must be a versatile learner; energized by the new and unknown. Quick and comfortable to jump in. Other skills include being highly professional and organized, responsible, and patient. Familiarity with luxury resale and the consignment industry is a plus.
Candidates should have superior communication skills, strong selling ability, and the ability to interact and engage with clients during and after the sale to maximize selling opportunities. Familiarity with contemporary and luxury brands are a must.
Candidates should have availability and flexibility to work both opening and closing shifts as well as weekends. Candidate must be available during the high season: June through September and December through early April.
Store hours are 10 am-6 pm Monday through Saturday and Sunday 12 pm-5 pm. Competitive wages and benefits.
Closed on the following Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. Off season hours October, November and May. Aspen is closed the first 2 weeks of May and closed Sunday and Mondays during off season months.
Job Summary: Responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs, providing exceptional customer service, and building lasting customer relationships. Working as a part of a team to achieve overall sales goals and provide clients an experience for return shopping.
Job duties: Sales; responsible for clientele development with a focus on customer service. Opening and closing the boutique following the store standards. Receiving, inspecting, and selecting incoming goods, entering inventory.
