Candidates should have superior communication skills, strong selling ability, and the ability to interact and engage with clients during and after the sale to maximize selling opportunities. Familiarity with contemporary and luxury brands are a must. As well as an interest in the consignment industry.

Candidates must have availability and flexibility to work both opening and closing shifts as well as weekends. Store hours are 10 am-6 pm Monday through Saturday and Sunday 12 pm-5 pm. Competitive wages and benefits. Closed on the following Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. Off season hours October, November and May. Aspen is closed May 1-15 or the first 2 weeks of May depending on the calendar year.

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs, providing exceptional customer service, and building lasting customer relationships. Working as a part of a team to achieve overall sales goals and provide clients an experience for return shopping.

Job duties: Sales; responsible for clientele development with a focus on customer service. Opening and closing the boutique following the store standards. Receiving, inspecting, and selecting incoming goods, entering inventory.
