Due to our continued growth our Construction Management Division is seeking a MEP Project Manager for a healthcare facility located in Brooklyn, NY.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure quality and consistency of construction and all aspects of MEP work
- Preparing meeting minutes and handling all submittals, RFI’s, etc.
- Meeting with clients and educating them on options for each project
- Interfacing with discipline leads, user groups to set direction on projects
- Complying with facility standards
Qualifications
- 10 years of relevant MEP management experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering a plus
- Healthcare experience a plus
- Strong communication skills at multiple project levels ranging from tradespeople to facility executives
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills
