LDM INC is Hiring a HR Specialist (Classification/Staffing) Near Philadelphia, PA

The LDM Group, an WOSB providing services the Federal, State and Local Agencies is seeking Human Resources Specialists with Federal HR experience (DoD a plus). During COVID-19, virtual work is acceptable, afterwards, working on site is required. Must be a US Citizen. Fulltime position with great Benefits!
HR Specialist will perform a variety of analytical and administrative human resources functions to include examining human resources laws, policies, rules, and procedures, and providing informational support to employees, supervisors, and managers. Will research required human resources topics, compile supporting data to document methodology, and provide advice and guidance to managers. Will support different programs in the HR Division. This includes drafting local instructions, creating standard operating procedures, training managers and employees, tracking data, providing metrics, developing briefs, and keeping HR supervisors apprised of program progress. Will process improvement teams and special projects. Will provide administrative and technical support and develop, prepare, and maintain program reports for use in supporting the various programs and projects. gather, maintain, and file official records related to the various programs in accordance with DoD records management policy and practices. 
Staffing and Classification
• provide HR professional services to Navy Staffing and Classification Branch located in the HR Office. Tasks to be performed include, but are not limited to, assisting with recruitment of new personnel, assisting with placement strategies, job analysis, workforce planning, assisting in the development of position descriptions, assisting with developing appropriate factor levels and grade levels for specific job titles, and assisting with the development of compensation plans.
• plan, coordinate, develop facts and/or provide resolution support to various problems in one or more HR specialties, and use government computers with office applications to perform operations or to prepare documents containing tables or graphs. 
• support special projects and provide knowledge in establishing organizational structures that are efficient, cost effective, support desired grade levels, and facilitate career development.
• provide recommendations to management on organizational design with emphasis on career development principles and practices. 
• provide comprehensive classification, staffing, recruitment, and placement services.
• perform data entry of Request for Personnel Actions (RPAs) in the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS). Route RPAs into the appropriate Specialist’s inbox in DCPDS and update NSWCPD RPA Tracking System (CRTS) database.
• Provide support such as documenting processes, initiating and assisting in the facilitation of meetings, capturing metrics, scheduling, recordkeeping, reporting, and coordination across various organizations including those external to DoD and updating systems. 
• Scan, copy, gather, summarize, review, analyze documents, and develop forms and correspondence. Will receive and gather supply requests and assist in coordinating the request to acquisition POC for processing. 
• Provide technical and administrative support of the audio visual and communication capability as needed to support the various programs. 
• Provide recommendations and information to employees and supervisors regarding various programs in each branch in accordance with prescribed regulations and local instructions.Experience utilizing various systems for data entry and report generation, to include but not limited to, ECOMP, Automated Query Systems (AQS), Automated Claimant System (ACS), Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), Total Workforce Management System (TWMS), Navy-Enterprise Repository Program (N-ERP), Defense Civilian Pay System (DCPS), USA Staffing, USA Jobs, On-Boarding Manager, Electronic-Director, Acquisition Career Management (e-DACM), Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), HRLink, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS), Electronic-Director, and Employee Verification System (E-Verify), as well as various internal HR tools (eOPF, etc.).
