Responsibilities:
-Data entry into HRIS-SuccessFactors and update HR databases
-Coordinating large mailings
-Various file setup and maintenance of personnel records and benefit files
-Prepare HR documents, like new hire benefits guides
-Create regular reports and presentations
-Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues
-Arrange travel accommodations and process expense report & purchasing card reconciliation
-Scheduling meetings including room setup and ordering meals
-Responsible for new hire pre-onboarding process
-Participate in various HR projects, as needed
-Corporate reception area backup
-General administrative duties including sorting and distribution of mail, filing, copying and typing
Qualifications:
-3 years administrative experience and HS Diploma or equivalent required, College or Business School Degree preferred
-Previous Human Resources experience preferred
-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume environment
-Ability to carry out job duties while maintaining strict confidentiality and Lane values
-Independent worker as well as team player
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
-SAP SuccessFactors and SharePointexperience a plus
