Job Details

Job Location: Foundation to Combat Anti-Semitism - Foxboro, MA
Position Type: Full Time

SUMMARY: The primary responsibilities of this position will be to drive fundraising strategies for the Foundation to Combat Anti-Semitism “FCAS” by aligning a diverse community of influencers against a common goal to eradicate hate. Creating deep, long-term relationships that will work together with purpose and the common goal of supporting Jews and Israel.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Collaborate with the leadership of FCAS to align gift fundraising programs, annual giving programs, donor related events and other activities with the FCAS mission.
  2. Manage the fundraising opportunities associated with the FCAS national media campaign that will launch in 2023.
  3. Manage the portfolio of donors using an internal database to track and monitor reporting and deliverables.
  4. Represent the organization at events and strategically identify staff to participate for relationship building purposes.
  5. Establish and enhance relationships between donors and FCAS Directors.
  6. Work in partnership with key internal and external resources to drive fundraising goals.
  7. Conduct high quality research and analysis related to strategic development investments, including relationships with partner organizations and alternative constituents, to make recommendations to FCAS’ Sr. Leadership.
  8. Coach, lead and manage a Program Team
  9. Special projects as determined by Senior Leadership
  10. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree and seven years of relevant experience and management preferably for nonprofit entities
  • Demonstrated fundraising experience, sensitivity, and diplomacy
  • Excellent judgment, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate others and earn the respect of associates at all levels
  • Ability to manage substantial number of fundraising activities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and steward new and existing donors
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills to include the ability to write clearly and persuasively
  • Proficient with all Outlook and database technology, Salesforce preferred
  • Effective management experience and excellent people skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crawl, and climb use a computer and other office equipment
  • Ability to frequently talk, hear, and smell
  • Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus
