WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS:

This is a full-time position with a Monday – Friday schedule, offering a consistent and balanced routine. You'll primarily work from our showroom in Union Grove, WI, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. Occasional visits to active production sites may also be required.

Imagine starting your day at DreamMaker's vibrant showroom, greeted by the buzz of creativity and excitement. As a Bath and Kitchen Designer, your day is a whirlwind of client consultations, design brainstorming sessions, and project coordination. You listen attentively to clients' dreams and preferences, translating them into breathtaking designs that exceed expectations.

Collaborating closely with our Project Coordinator, you bring these designs to life, ensuring every detail is perfect from concept to completion. Whether you're sketching out plans in the showroom or fine-tuning designs from the comfort of your home, each day brings new opportunities to showcase your talent and make a lasting impact on our clients' lives!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Experience in customer service
• 5 years of sales experience
• Associate degree or relevant work experience
• 3D visualization skills, spatial planning ability, and mathematical reasoning
• Proficiency in computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on design trends

Experience with ProKitchen or 20/20 design software is a plus!
