Description
SUMMARY:
The King Center is seeking a qualified Digital Project Manager to join our NV365 team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including site launches, online tools, web applications and advertising campaigns.
For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a Digital project manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects' digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide end-to-end project management
  • Oversees all aspects (sales, support, content) of the Digital NV365 offering
  • Serves as the TKC primary point-of-contact for all enterprise inquiries
  • Manages relationships with Digital offering vendors (eg Cloud, Marketing)
  • Oversees NV365 projects post-announce (eg Enterprise provisioning enablement)
  • Creates and oversees Digital NV365 Channel Partners Program (Sponsors, Foundations)
  • Works with enterprise clients to craft corporate programs integrating NV365
  • Scope project requirements and prepare budget
  • Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
  • Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
  • Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
Requirements
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Proven work experience as a Digital project manager
  • Enterprise Sales/Relationship Management
  • Program/Product Management
  • Project Management
  • Comfortable with Digital content concepts and technologies
  • Hands on experience with project management software, like MS Project and AtTask
  • Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS
  • Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of UE software
  • Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Communication and team management skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • BSc in Computer Science, Digital Marketing or relevant field
  • 5 years of product management, program management, and/or finance
  • Experience in a technology focused business
  • Proficiency in the design, definition, and delivery of net new products
  • Skilled in owning end-to-end product definition and design documentation
  • Mastery in creating and managing a product roadmap
  • Prior experience managing technical products or online services
  • Proficient with web services, online technologies, and user interface design
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with track record for delivering results in fast-moving environments
  • History of developing business strategy in conjunction with senior leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
