The Project Director is responsible for the implementation of enhanced services, new work flows and performance improvement and measurement as required for CCBHC certification and the grant. The Project Director develops community outreach strategies/informational materials & inreach strategies/informational materials for current consumers about newly available services and inform other community based organizations about the enhanced services. The position entails program oversight inclusive of staff training, development and revision of systems for program operations and administration, ongoing integration of program-specific policies and procedures, budget planning, integration of health information technology, and community engagement. Key Functions:Management and oversight of the day to day activities of the CCBHC to ensure it meets all criteria for CCBHC certification with decision-making authorityWork collaboratively with onsite leadership to optimize program operations and clients’ access to services across the continuum of careDevelop community outreach strategies/informational materials & in-reach strategies/informational materials for current consumers about newly available servicesEnsures programmatic compliance with auditing standards and agency policies as well as regulatory bodies. Must hold eRA Commons account. Responsible for the fiscal and human resource management related to the operations of the programManage recruitment, training, and supervision of staff, as well as addressing staff performance-related issues in accordance with salient policies and proceduresAssists with the identification, development, implementation, and completion of quality improvement projects and plans to solve problems/issuesRepresents the programs at external community meetingsHas the responsibility for development and adherence to department budgetEducationMaster’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Public Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Public Policy or related field A minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in behavioral health
