By joining Hightower, you will build a community of inclusive relationships, take proactive ownership, embrace others' perspectives, and have an uncompromising dedication to excellence. The IT Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for assisting with maintaining continuous highly robust system operations, minimizing changes, and helping to plan for new and replacement technologies. The role also has change management oversight and issue escalation responsibilities. You will administer and uphold security requirements within the infrastructure as directed by the Cyber Security Team.What You'll Do• Maintain application infrastructure including performance monitoring and issue diagnosis.• Provide regular system performance metrics.• Configure and maintain access and application connectivity infrastructure components, including identity and access while observing security standards.• Process improvement to minimize system changes, troubleshooting and fixing those that arise.• Administer technology refresh cycles.• Provide input to planning the long-term vision for our application infrastructure.• Work with interdepartmental colleagues as part of a collaborative team.• Project assistance for multiple of our technology initiatives.What You'll Bring• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of relevant experience• Previous experience in Information Technology (IT), Operational Technology (OT) or Enterprise-wide system and applications.• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts and issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.• Previous experience with one or more of networking, servers, clients, firewalls, storage, and backups.• Demonstrated knowledge of operational technology and identity control systems, Okta, and Cisco DUO.• Demonstrated knowledge in one or more technologies, protocols, services, or operating systems including Active Directory/DNS, SMTP, TCP, sFTP, AWS, EC2, Cloud formation, PowerShell, API coding.• Demonstrated knowledge of security controls.What We Offer • Coverage on the first day of employment for medical, dental, and vision insurance.• 401k Matching Plan.• Paid Parental Leave.• Student Loan Assistance.• Pet Insurance.• Flexible PTO Plan.• Flexible Benefits (FSA, Pre-tax transportation, HSA Employer Contributions).• Hybrid Model Work Schedule (50% in office).AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Hightower is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based upon race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy, marital status, national origin, citizenship, veteran status, ancestry, age (over 40), physical or mental disability, medical condition (cancer-related), gender identity or expression, genetic information including sickle cell or hemoglobin C trait, or any other consideration made unlawful by applicable federal, state, or local law.You are a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization
