About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious Customer Service and Sales Representative (CSSR) to maximize positive customer experience with our Agency through managing all forms of customer service with our Personal Lines clients. This position will also be responsible for identifying cross-sell opportunities as well as generating new business through leveraging existing Agency marketing platforms and helping generate new marketing programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Solicit and sell new personal lines policies
- Cross-sell/up-sell products to existing clients
- Add, remove, change client coverages
- Determine client requirements and expectations in order to help clients identify specific products and solutions
- Perform all underwriting (quoting)
- Perform annual review with clients
- Manage all internal and corporate databases
Education and Experience
- Previous sales experience recommended
- Insurance property and casualty knowledge and license is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Additional Details
- Full time position starting mid-late January
- Competitive base salary with additional compensation commiserate upon achieving sales goals
