The Hebrew Center for Health & Rehabilitation is Hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Near West Hartford, CT

The Hebrew Center for Health & Rehabilitation is currently looking for an ADON (Assistant Director of Nursing) to join their growing team! The Hebrew Center is a family-oriented, resident-care-driven facility that is located in a wonderful part of West Hartford!

What you will Do:

  • Schedules mandated in-services on an annual basis. Secures appropriate and qualified trainers as necessary.
  • Prepares and updates the annual calendar of in-servicing topics.
  • Coordinates with all department heads to ensure employee participation at mandated in-services.
  • Cooperates with Unit Manager/RN Supervisor to ensure timely completion of in-service calendar schedule.
  • Coordinates orientation of all new employees to meet state and federal requirements.

What you will need:

An active RN license in the State of Connecticut, 1 year of Supervisory experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
