- As necessary, perform hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands.
- Serve as Team Lead as/if needed (when Team Lead is on vacation, calls in sick, lack of employees, etc.)
- Background in landscape industry
- At least 2 years supervisory experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
