We are seeking full time or part time applicants for our CSR 1 and CSR 2 positions.

The Green K9 is an independent, healthy pet specialty retailer with: grooming, self dog wash, small dog day care services, and dog birthday parties. We specialize in minimally processed pet foods and offer unique pet supplies.

Urbana is growing fast, which means we are growing too. We need more enthusiastic staff members to assist our pet parent customers! We are 15 minutes from downtown Frederick and less than 3 minutes from 270.

Front Desk positions available:

Job Duties:

CSR 2: Starts at 14.00 or $15.00/hr based on experience, for the first 90 days of employment. Raise are based on performance.

• Greeting customers.
• Answering phones.
• Responding to emails.
• Assisting customers with pet product sales.
• Checking in and out customers for retail grooming, self wash and day care services.
• Grooming appointment setting.
• Pricing new products and weekly inventory.
• Product knowledge and sales.

CSR 1 Starts at 13.75/hr for the first 90 days of employment. Raises are based on performance.

• Greeting customers.
• Answering phones.
• Checking in and out customers for retail, grooming, self wash and day care services.
• Re-stocking supplies and inventory.
• Cleaning duties and re-stocking the store.
• Allied duties: Cleaning Self Wash rooms after each use, clerical duties, and covering day care staff for lunch breaks.
• Assist with weekly inventory.
