The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Great Neck is currently seeking a Full Time Unit Clerk (Monday through Friday 9am-5pm).
Duties Include:
- Scanning in resident documents
- Updates room changes in our current electronic medical record program.
- Creating admission and readmission packets
- Updating room change information
- Updating resident discharge information
- Assisting DON with projects as needed
- Scheduling Dentist visits
- Scheduling Podiatrist visits
- Scheduling Optometrist visits through SightRite
- Answering phones
- Faxing and accepting faxes from the Labs and all other contacts
- Picking up and distributing mail from Unit
- Collecting documents for scanning
