The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Barnwell, located in Valatie, NY, is seeking Weekend Baylor CNAs. The Weekend Baylor CNA will work two consecutive double shifts on Saturday and Sunday and be paid for an additional shift (1.25 x your base rate)! Position can be full time, every weekend or part time, every other weekend.

CNA Duties Include:

• Providing compassionate resident care as directed by nursing staff.

• Assisting residents with hygiene, bathing & ADLs (activities of daily living).

• Passing meal trays; feeding residents; reporting food & fluid intake.

• Monitoring residents; reporting any health issues to nurse.

• Transporting residents within facility

• Maintaining clean & healthy environment.

CNA Requirements Include:

• Successful completion of a CNA program.

• Current State Certification.

• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

• Must be able to work as a team player.

• Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health.
