Recently the Flagstaff House was voted best overall restaurant and best dessert in Boulder Colorado.
Executive Chef & Partner, Chris Royster, is looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join his team. The department produces all breads, pastries, ice creams & sorbets.
Daily tasks consist of, but not be limited to:
- creation of dishes
- management of a small pastry team
- baking breads
- producing and assembling wedding cakes
- development of recipes
