Position Title: HR Service Representative I-5 Job Description: The HR Service Rep. l is responsible for processing and responding to associate and management inquiries regarding human resources benefit and payroll issues received by the HR Solutions Center (HRSC). This level is typically competent to answer and research more limited or basic types of questions. How You Will Make an Impact Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Services incoming HRSC calls and cases and responds to inquiries regarding payroll and benefit issues, practices and policies and interprets same for associates and management. Researches transaction and benefit and payroll issues, using a variety of databases and software. Minimum Requirements: Requires a HS diploma and a minimum of 2 years customer service experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: Seeking detail-oriented, customer-focused service professionals with strong problem-solving, research, and critical thinking skills.
