The Role:

The EGC Group is a fast-paced, steadily growing company seeking an experienced media professional. This position is a n integrated media planning role within a will respected and established media department, and is responsible for the development and execution of media strategies for a range of clients. The position will operate collaboratively with the entire Agency team, and interface regularly with clients. Additionally, you will work closely with the media team including the VP of Integrated Media.

Responsibilities:

Your role will incorporate the following key responsibilities:

• You will research, develop, present and execute media plans and buys consisting of both offline and online channels and concepts (display, social, TV, cable, radio) supporting campaign objectives and strategies.
• You will develop and execute these integrated plans based on collaboration with the EGC group account team and the EGC Group’s VP of Integrated Media.
• You will have significant client-facing opportunities and be the day-to-day media specialist for your assigned clients.
• Develop strong rationale for tactical recommendations based on industry benchmarks and historical performance
• Media execution project management, including asset tracking/trafficking, process control/adherence, and QC monitoring
• Continually monitor campaign performance and delivery in support of cyclical performance reporting while maintaining up-to-date and accurate log of changes
• Support with campaign reporting presentations and analysis for all media activity
• Keep a performance mindset providing team with observations, trends and insights on activity in market
• You should have a strong commitment to client satisfaction within your areas of expertise:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a media role with a marketing company or advertising agency
• Strong knowledge and understanding of TV, Print, Radio, OTT, Digital, Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate and build inter-agency relationships
• Comfortable speaking to mid- and high-level client contacts
• Organized and diligent, specifically managing deadlines for multiple projects
• Excellent numerical aptitude to manage budgets, invoicing, etc.
• Must be a self-starter with initiative and have a positive, proactive attitude
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (especially Excel, and PowerPoint).
