The Drayton Hotel is Hiring a Beverage Manager | St. Neo's Brasserie Near Savannah, GA

St. Neo's Brasserie located at the The Drayton Hotel is inspired by Savannah’s Historic District neighborhood, people and culture. We treat our team like family, and create a place where guests can experience Savannah's Historic District alongside locals.

St. Neo's Brasserie is a seafood restaurant and raw bar with a southern accent. The team at St. Neo's Brasserie oversees the restaurant, Rooftop, Coffee Bar, and Downstairs Cocktail Lounge.

The Role

As one of our Restaurant and Bars Managers, you will be a part of the team which oversee the guest experience in all restaurant and bars.

As Beverage Manager, you will take ownership of cocktail development, beverage program, training, and purchasing for all hotel restaurants and bars.

Responsibilities

Programming - You’ll work with the culinary team to pair and design beverage and cocktail menus from hand-crafted cocktails, beers, and wine selection.

Organizational and Budgeting - Create, manage, and continuously improve financial performance and inventory management, and resources to balance team and guest experiences.

Learning and Development - Coaches and trains bartenders and service team on beverage menus and presentation. Aligns service team to hotel values and culture. Implements programs to recognize and reward team and personal and professional growth.

Hospitality - Your grace in solving problems and guest complaints will create an exceptional experience for our team and guests.
