Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets in a professional and friendly manner

- Organized and polished self starter who
- Answer phone calls and take messages,

- Respond to client questions both in person and over the phone

- Comfortability with learning new software accept online booking requests and schedule self/full service and grooming appointments on the Point of Sale platform
- Provide accurate information to guests regarding services
- Enter client and pet information quickly and accurately
- Directly assist with self serve wash clients and their pets
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and self serve wash tubs

- Perform tasks to get self serve tubs and equipment needed for self service wash clients such as making shampoo bottles, laundry, deep cleaning equipment, etc

- Provide assistance and support to self service wash clients

Experience:
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks
- Familiarity with animal care office procedures is a plus

-Familiar with different dog breeds and their coat types

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
