Title: Operations Manager of Household Goods

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of over 100 movers through training, guiding, coaching, and mentoring
• Monitor the DOT hours of service and the efficiency of your staff.  
• Set performance goals for your team and drive your team to achieving them.  
• Monitor and promote safety in your department. 
• Develop programs/processes/procedures
• Administer disciplinary action when required
• Participate with hiring process at certain levels
• Adhere to and ensure employees follow company guidelines and handbook
• Ensure we follow government/federal/state guidelines for the movement of household goods
• Interact with customers
  • Understand their needs/requirements
  • Explain RHM’s process
  • Rectify concerns and issues

• Clean drivers abstract
