The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) oversees all financial and compliance operations of the DNC and its joint fundraising committees, including financial reporting, FEC compliance and reporting, budget, and cash and debt management. The CFO works with and advises the Chair and Executive Director to ensure that sufficient funding exists to support strategic priorities; works closely with the CEO and COO to support administrative and operational efforts; and presents financial and budget information to senior leadership, DNC membership, and committees. The CFO's duties extend to the Democratic National Committee, the Democratic Grassroots Victory Fund, and other joint fundraising committees as necessary.
