The Crossing at Big Creek is Hiring a Facility Manager Near Cottonwood, AL

Position: Facility Manager

Department: Maintenance

Description:

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and driven individual. Must have strong project management, time management, and customer service skills. This individual will take the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing multiple projects simultaneously. Should be a creative initiator and meticulous executioner for driving continuous operational efficiencies. Strong communication skills, performance and proficiency management are key to this position. This is not a day shift only job. This position requires a variety of hours including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Computer technology and proficiency including Excel and other Microsoft Programs; Company-issued internet browser programs; Company-issued electronic mail programs
  • 2 years previous experience in similar position

Preferences:

  • HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing Knowledge

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections of both the inside and outside premises
  • Maintain physical appearances of property
  • Maintain optimum performance of systems on property
  • New construction projects
  • Schedule/Manage all projects
  • Weekly meetings on progress of current projects, as well as reviewing upcoming projects and events.
  • Must be able to work any shift including regular nights, weekends and holidays.
