Job Summary –

Assists IT Core Systems Manager, IT Network Manager, and other IT Technicians in maintaining an effective bank-wide Information Systems Department in mainframe, network, and PC environments.

Essential Job Duties –

• Assists in installing, operating, monitoring and maintaining the bank's networks.
• Assists in installation, conversion, and/or upgrade of server and PC systems and application hardware and software.
• Manages major projects/initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Trouble-shoots data processing related problems or questions for IT Core Operations and user departments.
• Provides escalation telephone support for TeleBanc, Internet Banking, and Mobile Banking customers (Customer Support and IT Core provide first line support).
• Complies with and maintains working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Completes assigned compliance training essential to job function.
• Punctual and regular attendance is required.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements –

• Associates Degree or higher required
• 1-3 years of computer related experience
• General knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suite programs
• Must be able to work independently and with little supervision
• Must be able to effectively work on and prioritize multiple projects
• Must possess valid diver's license in order to travel to various bank offices
