As a result of sustained growth right across TCEG there’s an increasing desire to challenge ourselves to ensure our existing approach to project management including the associated, systems, tools and processes remain fit for purpose and continue to evolve in line with the current demands of the agency.
The role will require the development of close working relationships with the delivery teams, Heads of Department, Client Engagement team and other senior managers alike to understand the needs of the business area by area and develop an approach that will drive consistency, efficiency and therefore revenue.
More specifically, the role principally revolves around the leadership of Project Management best practice and the subsequent development and deployment of all associated training materials across the agency. Working with the Heads of Department to upskill and support the delivery teams as necessary on an ongoing basis.
It’s also envisaged that the role will be the principal owner of Smartsheet (our chosen project management platform) and Box (our chosen asset management platform) working with technical experts to support their evolution across the agency.
The ideal candidate will have extensive (10 years) experience of working in a fast paced, global creative communications agency in leadership or operationally focused project management roles and be able to quickly leverage that experience to understand the TCEG landscape and identify development opportunities.
You must also be immediately credible as the project management expert, have a collaborative, flexible yet methodical approach and the ability to build strong long-term relationships.
