The Help Desk Technician is responsible for the day-to-day support of Windows / Mac based systems in an Active Directory environment, including all computers, hardware, and software. Understanding of MS Office suite applications and basic IP network troubleshooting is essential. The job is based in Philadelphia, PA but may involve some travel to other locations in PA or NJ. Flexibility around the hours worked would be expected to cover shifts and off hour IT related / office projects. This role will expose the successful candidate to the latest cutting-edge technologies. |
