Description
Responsible for day-to-day operations and monitoring of the company’s computer systems, networks (WAN and LAN), software applications, phone system and data backup. The Senior Network Administrator will provide third level support for hardware, software and phone system technical issues. This position will also be responsible for network, data and end-user security protection systems. The Senior Network Administrator will act as lead and intermediary between IT support teams, end-users and Senior Information Technology staff, the company and outside vendors, as well as the company and the company’s Information Technology consulting firm(s), providing them assistance and direction with current and future projects. The position will also be responsible for designing and developing the various departmental network systems.
