The Commencement Group is looking to hire Seasonal Outside Sales Interns forSpring 2022! Our spring season takes place during the end of April thru June. Outside sales refers to the type of sales that take place in the field (i.e. graduations).

Brief Overview of responsibilities:
- Traveling to various campuses across the Western US to sell flowers and grad merchandise at commencements
- Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals
- Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day
- Understanding and implementing the marketing of products
- Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanor on-site
Financial:
- Hourly pay of $15/hour
- Discretionary bonus for hitting sales goals
