Due to growth and employee advancement within the company, we are adding a Branch Manager to our team! We are looking for candidates that are able to make an immediate impact and have the ambition to do and be more.
When working within our fast-paced business as a Branch Manager, you’ll need to be willing and able to quickly master our processes and systems, have the desire to lead a team of personnel, and have the ability to successfully oversee operational business transacted within the location.
A position with our group will allow you to demonstrate daily your time-management skills, analytical thinking abilities, and problem-solving skills as you meet the challenges of a growing organization serving a variety of competitive industries. As North America’s premier outfitter of fall protection, safety equipment, and gear, Columbia provides critical equipment and expertise to a large group of industries, with a specific focus on at-height workers and construction.
As a member of our exceptional team, you’ll be joining thought leaders who are executing record-breaking and responsible growth. You will engage with capable and driven individuals, collaborating for personal and professional growth, and helping to build the presence of our brand by providing exceptional care to the clients and industries we serve.
This role starts at a $60,000 salary and has the potential for a $3,000 bonus based on the overall performance of the business. 

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will have a variety of work, and address challenges head-on. The ideal candidate for this role will:
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of growing business through the management of the operation and staff
  • Enjoy contributing to the innovation that fuels a growing business, be adaptable, and excited about driving change
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other Branch Managers for efficiency and all manners of planning
  • Coordinate with Business Development staff for client relationships and logistic successes
  • Build collaborative relationships both internally and externally- including employees, customers, vendors, and partners
  • Oversee all personnel-related needs for the branch, in conjunction with HR & Operations Mgr. (hiring/discipline/termination)
  • Operate with a sense of urgency and accountability
  • Ensure overall profitability of the Coppell, TX branch

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Have two years of relevant work experience
  • Be able to lead a modern office environment (office hardware competent, computer familiarity, inventory familiarity)
  • Be a positive, energetic, self-motivated, driven individual - able to succeed with minimal supervision
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
