JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded professional to join our team as the Head of Human Resources for our growing real estate company. As the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, leading HR initiatives, and ensuring the development and well-being of our employees. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of HR knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic HR Leadership:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to leadership in matters related to HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Create New Employee Handbook

Talent Acquisition and Retention:

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
• Develop and implement retention strategies to foster a positive and engaging work environment.

Employee Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
• Conduct investigations and provide resolutions for workplace conflicts.

Performance Management:

• Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
• Provide coaching and support to managers in performance-related matters.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
• Support career growth through mentorship and training opportunities.

Benefits Administration:

• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefits offerings.

Payroll Administration:

• Process payroll from start to finish

Compliance:

• Ensure HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in employment legislation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
• 5 experience in a HR role
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in IL.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Strong Technology Skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
