• Bus Tables and Keep Floors Clean 
• Wash Dishes, Sanitize and set to air dry
• Check Restrooms for stocking and cleaning as needed 
• Load and unload Mug Dishwasher as needed 
• Polish silverware as needed 
• Any other cleaning tasks as required. 

• Requirements/Desired traits

• AM availability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with kitchen and food prep equipment
• A team player with a positive can-do attitude
• Quick and adaptable learner
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Southern Nevada Health District Health Card required for position
• Background check required 
• On occasion, may be required to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to fifty pounds; kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects
