Our Ideal Candidates Will Have The Following Qualifications:

• At least 1 year working under a BCBA as an RBT
• Minimum two years of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
• RBT designation required
• Strong communication and written skills
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients homes and our clinics
• MUST have excellent attendance

Position responsibilities:

• Implement treatment programs under the guidance of a BCBA
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (SLPs, OTs, etc.) on a weekly basis to ensure continuity of care

This position is based out of our beautiful clinics in Chicago. Salary positions available for candidates with full-time availability and at least 2 years experience working as an RBT.
