LGBTQIA RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:

The Program Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and resources of the Sharp 1 LGBTQIA Residential Treatment Program under the supervision of the Director of Residential Services. The Program Manager will facilitate and lead a welcoming, supportive, and adaptive learning environment for all employees. The Program Manager will establish and maintain a therapeutic program, and will ensure compliance with state licensing, funding, and regulating requirements. This position is responsible for ensuring that the program maintains a trauma informed / therapeutic environment and maintains fidelity to the Building Communities of Care (BCC) milieu model. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in closely related field with 3 to 5 years of professional supervisory experience in the childcare field preferred.
2. Requires evening and weekend availability. 
3. Must be able to receive MAP (medical administration) certification within the first 6 months of employment.
4. Trauma-Informed residential care experience and Building Communities of Care (BCC) model experience preferred.
5. Ability to participate with multi-disciplinary treatment team in implementing and carrying out individual treatment plans.
6. Requires excellent written and verbal skills.
7. Requires the ability to interpret and implement regulatory requirements.
