Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Permanent, full-time position to maintain personnel records for 11 corporate owned and 4 Franchised shops

• Candidate must be able to work independently & problem-solve.

• Must be knowledgeable in principles & modern methods of human resources management in the hospitality industry.

• Process bi-monthly payroll using Paylocity

• Daily data entry for changes to employee status including on-boarding and off-boarding, pay, PTO and other benefit related items

• Work directly with General Managers and Senior Management regarding payroll questions and solving any discrepancies

• Ensure completion of new hire paperwork

• Process and maintain Annual Open Enrollment benefits and 401(k)

• Assist the accounting department in special projects

• And other duties as assigned by management

Desirable requirements:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude with ability to multi-task

• Excellent communication and organization skills

• Proven track record in payroll and HR administration

• Experience in MS Office Products, specifically Excel

• Familiarity with general accounting and strong math skills

• High School diploma or equivalent

All our shops make your sandwich fresh to order, any way you want it: “wit or witout ” onions, with white American or Provolone cheese, hot and/or sweet peppers, even using chicken or veggies in place of steak.
