Draper is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition who can help grow and scale the Talent function within Draper. In this role you will be responsible for the overall strategy and vision of the talent acquisition function. You will be focused on recruiting top industry talent and creating a “best in class” candidate experience – all while leading, developing, and motivating a talented recruiting team. You will be responsible for building innovative solutions and delivering high-impact sourcing strategies that deliver meaningful results. You will coordinate closely with Senior Leadership, and line management to satisfy the robust and dynamic talent needs of the organization. This role reports to the VP Human Resources/ CHRO.
